I am a sucker fer books!

Just what I needed is another cook book, especially another Chinese Cook Book. But I fell fer it, although fallin fer Fuchsia Dunlop is a heck of a fall. She has come out with a new book on the history of Chinese cookin, let alone some tasty recipes. I have two other of her tomes & they are excellent reads along with taking you into “real Chinese food.” Her Food of Sichuan is outstanding.
The beginning of this read is what I expected, totally. There are many sources, but I got mine from The Mala Market, a mother/daughter small business that specializes in “hot stuff” & hard to git things.

I’m a sucker for books, too! Lately I have gone digital for space and portability considerations since I am using an iPad so much.

I have several of her cookbooks, Land of Fish and Rice prob my favorite. Never seen this, looking forward to your review. I have little bookshelf space left, so trying to tone it down!

My library in my office is full, as are the 4 shelves in our living room. Added 5 more sets of stand alone shelves to my wife's reading room this weekend, and there is a large shelf in our theater room. Yeah we have a few.

I cleaned house a few years ago and need to do it again. It's hard to give them away, everybody now wants to be digital,including our kids.
