While in Falmouth, in a kitchen store I saw this cookbook. Their price was list $25. I went to Amazon and it was $15. I ordered and arrived today. I've read the preface, forward and welcome. Thumbed through the recipes. This caught my eye and if I can find the hay as suggested by chef Tyler Brown, I'll be doing this. I'd figure I'd share.

Current cookers Weber Spirit 3 burner with a full insert griddle added. A 22" Kettle with vortex, SnS and a Smokey Joe. The most recent addition is a Pit Barrel Jr with bird hanger, 4 hooks and cover. ThermoWorks Smoke 2 probe, DOT, 2 ThermoPops and a Thermapen MK4. A Thermoworks RFX Gateway 2 probe meat thermometer.
