I of course love smoked meats of all kinds, but also like quick cooks like chicken portions, pork tenderloins, steak and fish. Really into cooking of all kinds.

I ordered, and have received, a bunch of stuff, including the Fagioli book. but fzxdoc, what is this re bean club lite? I have put myself on club waiting list, can find nothing re a lite version. I suspect have to become eligible, than choose between regular and lite?
Am getting sucked down bean, olive oil, and balsamic vinegar rabbit holes. Try balsamic on pistachio gelato.
