Large Big Green Egg, Weber Performer Deluxe, Weber Smokey Joe Silver, Fireboard Drive, 3 DigiQs, lots of Thermapens, and too much other stuff to mention.
Yay! I found my copy of Peace, Love, and Barbecue!
I got it maybe 10 years ago, and promptly lost it… while going through a storage closet today, I found a bin full of old books, and there it was!
This, by the way, is a good one: a little bit because of the excellent compendium of recipes, but mostly for the informal, friendly tone and great stories and history.
This book has been on my shortlist to buy/read forever but I still have so many recipes from my current books I want to do, including beans. Plus, I have actually been to 17th Street BBQ so there is that.
LSG Adjustable Grill/Smoker, MAK Pellet Grill, Large BGE with Several Attachments from the Ceramic Grill Store, Weber Genesis E335 Gasser, Cast Iron Pans & Griddle, Grill Grates, Mostly Thermoworks Thermometers, Anova SV Stick, BBQ Guru Controller and Fan
That is one of my favorites. I prefer the books that are more story and history than just a bunch of recipes. I also like the way the recipes are indexed in a separate section. I was able to get mine signed by Amy, I wish I had been able to get Mike to sign it as well but he wasn't able to make it to the class I was at.
