Hi all,
A few weeks ago I stumbled upon an excellent Korean cooking channel on YouTube: Aaron and Claire: https://www.youtube.com/@AaronandClaire
I mean, just look at some of these dishes!

Aaron Huh is a professional chef and he along with his wife Claire, specialize mostly in 15-minute Korean dishes. (Their channel seems to have started as a Korean food review channel, but transitioned into cooking about a year ago and they've never looked back.)
The production quality is excellent and Aaron is actually quite funny at times. One thing I really, really like about the videos is that if Aaron is going to use a ingredient that may not be readily available in the West, he will give several alternatives and explain how each changes the dish. I really like that.
He doesn't grill or BBQ per se, but I've easily adapted several of his recipes for the grill.
Claire is the main taste tester in the video. Unlike Aaron, she will switch between English and Korean (there are English subtitles when she does this) and I find it really cool to hear her talk in Korean.
He recently came out with a cookbook (which I absolutely have pre-ordered) so several of his more recent videos do advertise this a bit.
Here are two representative videos if you would like to check them out:

(I mean, gochujang wings...what more do you want in life? He's also got two videos called Gochujang 101 and Gochujang 102 if you are as into gochujang as I am.)
All in all, Aaron and Claire is become one of my most favorite YouTube channels. Well worth checking out!
