FYI all you chili geeks, there is a new book comin out that ya’ll can pre-order by Brian Baumgartner AKA Kevin Malone from The Office. Looks like it may be a cool book with 177 recipes from various parts of the world, champ contests & cultures. It also seems like a workable book & doesn’t cost a bazillion doneros.

For those of you who don't know, Brian Baumgartner is the actor from The Office who spilled the giant pot of chili on the office floor.
Because of that particular scene, the privacy policy for the PEACOCK streaming service, which has the streaming rights for The Office, has hidden a chili recipe deep in the legal-text as an easter egg
