    I love it when I surprise myself and it wasn't actually Drunk Me. I'd totally forgotten that I'd pre ordered this months ago.

    It's not as in-depth as I'd hoped for, it's more of a kind of survey of Asian wok cookery, but there's some nice recipes in here. Nothing you can't find on his YouTube channel, but, whatever, I like cookbooks. I've either cooked or used some recipes from his channel as inspiration and they're good.

    I'd say it's worth picking up, especially if you're not particularly familiar familiar with Asian cooking in general. If you're not at all familiar with Asian food and wok cooking I'd buy Kenji's "The Wok" over this, but I ain't mad about spending money on this.

      I’ve got so many Chinese/Asian cookbooks enough is enough. I have stopped at Kenji’s The Wok.
      Then I get a digital On The Himalayan Trail, recipes & stories from Kashmir to Ladakh. Fascinating. I am a sucker for lost foods.
