I guess this has been around a while, but I stopped watching the History Channel a few years ago when they stopped having good history shows... Anyway, The Food That Built America is actually a really good series, so I've been binging that the last few days.
Why am I up at 1am watching food shows? Well the Dodgers just smacked my Giants around in a stadium full of blue... in SF.
So I stumbled across "A Taste of History" to have a few more beers before bed.
I love food, I love History... only 3 episodes in but you Cast Iron folks would love it for sure. It aired in 2008ish, but actually looks really good. It's on Freevee, so anyone should be able to watch it. I'll probably binge the rest of it tomorrow, already found lots of inspiration.
