Realize I was desperately unclear on my ask. Have an interview at a local market at the fish/seafood counter. Looking for info to refresh my memory about fish and all. I know enough to get by, but am looking to add more knowledge to my skill set. I guess that will come with time.

Practice wrapping long items like a half of salmon in butcher paper so lays flat. It’s a skill lost on most seafood clerks.
Also joke about how monkfish used to be the poor man’s lobster but now it’s the rich man’s monkfish.
I used to be a seafood manager at a grocery store. It was a lot of fun, plus you get first pick when a good batch comes in!
