Oh wow, every once in awhile you run across something on YouTube that blows you away.
Yesterday I discovered the YouTube channel of Men with the Pot -- two polish gentlemen living in Northern Ireland. They cook everything outside (and I mean everything) over a campfire with copious cast iron in this beautiful forest by the lake setting. I've never seen anything like this. The production values are fantastic!
There's no voice overs, just ingredient lists in the subtitles (which are in English and Polish, although unfortunately quantities are rarely listed). The ambient sounds of the cooking and forest really add something to these video.
Here's their channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCfx...wfiBw/featured
And here is a five minute video that gives a good idea what their videos are like: Salmon Pastries (meat over fire! pastry over fire, from scratch!): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMXVApKQg_M
They also have a web site in which they sell the unique chef's knife used in the videos: https://menwiththepot.com/
