I just sit down and share a few PBRs with any new pellet grill that shows up on my patio. I find they tend to get pretty chatty with their intimate details after a few tall boys.
The Grilla silverback has an insulated liner on the bottom half of the grill, which was just another reason to buy it.
I looked at buying the insulated jacket for our Traeger Grill at our lake house, but I held off on it because I didn’t really wanna spend the money. Same with why I never bought one for my WSM. And I’m not even sure if it would be worth it. This video didn’t really convince me. TBH I haven’t tried using the Traeger at our Lake-house in the winter as we’re not up there as much.
Scotch: Current favorite- The Arran (anything by them), Glenmorangie 12yr Lasanta, sherry cask finished. The Balvenie Double Wood, also like Oban 18yr, and The Glenlivet Nadurra (Oloroso sherry cask finished) among others. Neat please.
