I have made BBQ sauce from Brown sugar, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Catchup. It kind of makes a sweet and sour sauce. What is your favorite BBQ sauce?
I enjoy Chef Jean-Pierre's videos. I like adapting them to a grill. Some of his videos can be a bit overly long, but I really like watching him work.
One of the things I really like about him is that if a dish contains an expensive or rare ingredient (i.e. saffron or juniper berries) he often says to make the dish anyway without it and it will be just fine.
