    Life, death, and barbecue sauce.

    I enjoyed reading this. I hope others will as well. I see it as a celebration of differences, which is good. Excerpt from the book Black Smoke: African Americans and the United States of Barbecue. I’m going to start reading it tonight.

      That was a great read, especially for me, who agrees with the general sensibility of the piece that sauce is an essential part of barbecue.
