I have belonged to AmazingRibs.com for a good while. When Max Good says that ALL the current defects both in software and especially the physical issues w/ pellet feed, ash blowing issues, grease fires, etc. etc. are resolved and you are worthy of a Platinum rating without reservation, I'll read what the other members have to say after buying and using a Platinum rated unit for a while and then seriously consider the purchase of the larger model.
I'll add and reinforce a suggestion other people have -- put some real WHEELS on it instead of those ridiculous casters -- my grandkids toys have better than that !
Yes, I read the new letter from your CEO --glad you're finally starting to really pay attention. I've used one of your kettles for decades and have been happy.
