it seems like the same form factor as the searwood. It doesn’t have the searing area and has a different firebox. It seems like it may allow for a bit more smoke flavor to come through. Also it’s significantly less expensive than the searwood.
Smoque's high temp range tops out around 500°F. Like most pellet smokers, it is a dedicated smoker, not meant for high temp grilling. Weber views Smoque as a second cooker that compliments a grill.
