Hello fellow Pitmasters,
I have heard complaints about customer support for other grill brands. I must say I am very happy with Traeger's customer support. I called them a few weeks again because I had a problem with my grill. The person talked me through trouble shooting and determined that it was either a bad connection or a bad thermostat. She talked me through checking the connections and said because it is under warrantee they would replace the thermo stat if need. I just called again and not only did they send me a new thermo stat, they sent me much useful information on trouble shooting, replacing the part, and proper and effective ways to use the grill. They said if this new port and trouble shooting don't fix the problem, they would replace the controller under warrantee. I looked up purchasing these parts and with shipping it would be over $400. They were so helpful and professional I am a loyal Traeger fan.
