Back up Manual mode

The Traeger app has a recipe menu and a feature to control and step you through the cooking process.
I decided to give it a try. I fired up my grill. Waited until it got up to the set temperature. The plan was 30 minutes at 500*F then drop to 300*F. What I didn't realize is the warm-up cycle was programmed in. Then I discovered I could not change the settings in the program. Then on my new I phone I learned that just swiping the app up returns to the home screen and doesn't close the app.
Crap...I trying to cook a 3 bone prime rib roast.
I got the Traeger app closed and started the cook in manual mode. There goes thirty minutes of my life in total frustration.

Don’t worry, you’ll bet your 30 minutes back when the app upgrades to AI neural network. You will just be able to think “3 bone prime rib roast”…….
