    Grill marks, 500*f, On my Traeger, with grillgrates.
    Still learning, but making progress.
    Now, where did I put that PBR?

      Looks very nice! You ought to try flipping those GG's to the flat side, then put a very thin layer of mayo and a light sprinkle of pepper. No "grill marks", but a lot of the really nice Milliard crust on the outside. I think you'll enjoy that!
