Hi Guys, I really like their pellet grill and want to get one to Australia.... Anyone have any ideas whom I need to speak to? I went to their website and didnt get anywhere nor a return email.
REC TEC does not currently arrange shipments outside the USA. You can order their products, but you would have to arrange all shipping, handling and duties. A freight forwarder might be the best way to go. If you are interested, send them another message and mention that Max with AmazingRibs.com informed you about your shipping responsibilities.
