Pork butts in my Bullseye

Just picked up the RT-380 Bullseye to replace my deck gasser. This thing is great! I’ve only done smaller cooks so far (burgers, chicken, etc). I need to make some pulled pork today so I’d encoded to give this bad boy a try. Why not?

I have always thought the Bullseye was a good looking cooker. The new one really looks solid. Congrats.

Pretty happy with the results. It might now be my go to cooker for something like this moving forward, but it definitely gets the job done!

Don’t worry. I still love my PBC and it gets plenty of use! Just had to play with the new toy a little.
