So I bought the rig for 300 today. When unpacked, could not find meat probe. Called customer service at Pit Boss. Quickly connected with a lady, normal English. She looked into issue, said probe not included. I pointed her to their website, which said probe included. Her response, this needs to be fixed, will honor my request.
Initial burn in, simple. This strikes me as solid basic pellet grill.
