Bought another Yoder YS640!

Hi There,

I did it! I bought myself another Yoder YS640 pellet cooker! I was having withdrawal symptoms; I recently moved from up north, where my other YS640 lives, down to my winter residence in Florida to get away from the cold and snow.

I have really fallen in love using my Yoder pellet smoker since I got it last summer, the food that comes off it is terrific and all my friends tell me that I have been producing my best BBQ ever. Since I will be here for the winter I bought another one for a Christmas present to myself.

I didn’t buy the competition cart model this time as it will always just be on a concrete driveway making it easy to move; but I almost bought the competition model, as the crow in my likes bright shinny things, but when I compared the price difference I realized that I could buy a lot of pellets with the savings.

So far I have done several rib smokes and my first brisket that turned out really great; thanks in no small part to all the info that I have picked up on this Forum.
