Fire craft Q 450 not working

I have a Q 450. Used it three times and it won't start now I get a code of 1U.U1 or something like that. I know others have had the same problem. Any ideas what it means or where to start??? It was great when it worked. But now I don't have and idea on what the code means. One person said there was a fuse behind the PID but I'd think if it was a fuse the PID won't show the code. Someone else said to check the power cord that it really isn't hard wired but plugged in with a wired looking plug. If anyone has had this problem and fixed it Please let me know. Replacement parts? Anything helpful.

Again, check out the pelletfan site under Firecraft. People are replacing the controller with the new REC Tec controller. It is only $99, and comes with 2 probes.

Unfortunately, FireCraft is in some type of transition. Have you contacted them or their parent company, Quadratech?
