Crazy thing happened. A guy posted on one of our local Texas Facebook BBQ groups that Walmart had 2 Pit Boss Austin XL’s marked down to $250. It was literally 2 miles from work so I had to go get one. Still trying to figure out cook times but it’s so easy compared to my big trailer smoker. I’m am surprised that it’s built so well.

That is a great deal. I hear a lot of good things about that one. It is also a good size. I bought my camp chef on clearance from walmart after labor day last year. Now is a good time to buy a pellet grill!

I have to admit this thing is a little better built than I had assumed. Went together easy enough. Doing ribs today and see how they turn out. As requested here is some starter pics!
