Used Meathead’s recipe for meatloaf and Mac-n-cheese on YS-640 and had to dodge a pop up hail storm.

Thanks. While cooking we had a rainstorm so I left the Mac and cheese on 30 minutes last ne’er than I should have (although it remained dry). Good flavor although it wasn’t as cheesy as I had hoped. Will get to try again!😃
