    New Rec Tec TrailBlazer Arrives

My new 340 arrived today, 1 day earlier than originally scheduled. Pretty easy to put together since you only attach the lid, unfold the legs, and put in the deflector and grates. Have to wait for second shipment arriving tomorrow with the accessories and pellets to do the burn in. Put together myself but would be easier with two people but really pretty simple. Now what to cook first, I'm thinking heritage pork loin. I think I would throw a pork shoulder in there. They can take the heat and they are forgiving. These things can be handy when you are learning a new rig.

The packaging would've protected eggs, totally solid packaging.

Nice looking setup! I'll second the pork butt suggestion. Really forgiving and a nice long test drive as well.
