    Spatchcock chicken

    Today was my first attempt at a spatchcock chicken. Couple that with smoked potato salad and pellet grilled bread and bacon...pretty delicious meal (especially when I was turning 15lbs of pork butt into chili verde.

          It will sear and get hot for sure. Thought it a gimmick, however, it most assuredly isn’t. Big fan of the machine. The YS-640 is more than that for which I had hoped.
