    Mother’s Day Brisket

    Up early Sunday (04:00 ) to put on a Brisket. S&P rub the night before, 6.5 lb Choice Flat from Costco. Appears our Costco does not have Prime Packers. Cooked for 7hrs @250, Wrapped in Pink Butcher paper for about 2hrs to 203 internal. Rested in a cooler for about 3hrs.I also did Buxom Chicken Breast, and some Jalapeños.
    This was the best Brisket I have done yet.
