Offspring decided he wanted burgers for supper tonight. Made Meathead’s steakburger recipe. Ground own burger from a chuck roast. Add some coleslaw, jalapeño poppers, and baked beans and it was a pretty nice little supper. Good idea by Offspring.

Make another ABT and put them ON the burger! That looks great. Anyone here ever put peanut-butter in or on your burger? It sounds weird, but it is GREAT!!! also, peanut-butter stuffed grilled jalapenos are to DIE for. Something KenC52 introduced me to.
I just had a thought (rare around these parts). Your thread title got me thinking of a steak sandwich we used to eat in a restaurant we worked at in college. It was good but could have been more tender. Trimmed up thin ribeye, sous vide, sear, and throw on a bun....lunch one day this week.
