    Pork tenderloin

Wife and son out of town. Decided I wanted a home cooked meal. Decided on pork tenderloin stuffed with goat cheese and some garlic. Baked potato and take home and bake bread all done YS-640. Salad with homemade red wine vinaigrette. Reverse seared the tenderloins with grill grates flat side up.

Now that looks good! I love pork, but pork tenderloin doesn’t seem that common in the US? Just a gut feel, I could be completely wrong. Either way, stuffed is great!

I don't get them at costco, but I always see them in 2 packs. I'm usually buying from a butcher or butcher counter in a store, but I see them in 2 packs there too when nothing else is packaged up. I wonder why that is?

Very common and widely available. Usually sold in 2 packs.

Not a fan of the goat cheese but I'd hit it anyhow. Nice job!

I recently cooked a pork tenderloin but I never thought of stuffing it, we are not fond of goat cheese either. Here is how mine turned out, I think the most important thing is not to over cook it. I started it on the Traeger after dry brining/pork rub (Meatheads MD) and then I finished it on a hot gas grill. It was good and not over cooked.

              Feta is goat cheese.

Feta is usually sheep or sheep and goat combo. I made another one of these and stuffed it with (goat) chèvre and jalapeños.

This is pork tenderloin flattened and stuffed with corn bread dressing mix, some fresh veg, grated Granny Smith apple and walnut pieces. Blues Hog on top.
