    I Like Big Butts I cannot Lie.

    Pork Butts That is. A 9lb Butt Coated With Mustard And Killer Hogs The BBQ Rub recipe. I left this one whole because some of it is for Road Food and the rest will be frozen so timing is not real important. I will be Wrapping it and finishing it in the Oven.

                Into the Cooler for a couple hours and then Pulled and into the Fridge. Not much Smoke, but the taste and tenderness were awesome.
