    Smells sooooooooo gooooood!!!

    Cooking two briskets today/night in order to reheat them Sunday morning while I'm cooking a spiral cut ham.

    Got home just in time because the flats were probed tender and 200 internal. I ran them fat cap up but they are fat cap down in the picture. I love love love the airflow in this thing. Points still have a bit to go.

    Rough night at work. Glad to come home to some goodness.
