I've owned Traeger and GMGs. One of my biggest frustrations with both is the size of the grease drain hole (hole diameter from the channel down into the bucket). I've had 3 different pellet grills in the last 10 or 12 years, and with all of them I found that the hole gets easily clogged which can cause a greasy mess inside if you're not careful and clean it out regularly. I am now considering the new Camp Chef SmokePro 36SGX. I know they are new, but can anybody who has any version of a Camp Chef pellet grill comment about grease drainage? It looks like all of their pellet smokers have the same drain system. And I haven't found a good picture anyplace but it seems like the drain hole is about a 1" rectangular channel which I would see as a huge improvement over my experiences. Can anybody confirm, please?

- If not cooking outdoors, I am cooking on the stovetop with my 14" carbon steel wok, 12" CI skillet, or in the oven with my two Lodge CI pizza pans, or two dutch ovens. I've also got a nifty Lodge carbon steel grill pan that rocks for veggies outdoors.
Max Good I've been waiting and watching to see your review of that new 24SG since you said you were reviewing it in January!
Just curious how the increased capacity and upper shelf size work out in real use, along with that new "slide and grill" feature they hyped in the announcement. Wondering if it really obviates the need for their sear box on the side (I am thinking not).
