    Corned Beef, Chicken ,and Country Style Ribs this weekend

    Did a Corned Beef for St. Pats Day. Not much to talk about 1.5hrs in the Pellet Oven, then into the CrockPot. No complaints from anyone so I guess that’s a plus. Never took pictures till tonight when I sliced it for Road Food. It will make great leftovers.

    Country Style Ribs, a little dry on the Lean Meat. Pretty awesome on the rest, they should have come off sooner. Better Luck next time. Buxom Chicken was great as usual, that is great Marinade and simple too.

      Troutman it was 20 degrees this morning, Nice afternoon probably in the Forties but what the Heck. Enough is enough! They are predicting another Nor’easter for Wednesday.
