    Pork Chops!!

    A nice night again for Hays, Kansas temp 55 and surprisingly almost no wind. Did some reverse sear pork chops. Cooked a little longer than I should have, however, flavor was good and the commercially repaired rub was quite good.

      I grew up on pork. We ate them chops fried and BBQ'd.

            Nice looking chops, doing a crown roast this weekend which is a fancy term for pork chops !!

              I'm going to try a Harry Soo recipe for stuffing, hope it's good Danjohnston949 . I'll probably write a post and take some pix, it's my way of being fancy for a change !!
