Got the Grilla up to 490.
Shuck 15 oysters, be sure to cut the muscle on the resting shell. Cut butter pats into four pieces. Sprinkle oysters with garlic salt, put a piece of butter on the top. Sprinkle generously with parmesan cheese. 10 minutes in the Grilla yielded pretty tasty "char-grilled" oysters. Okay to put a dot of Tabasco sauce on top.
