I have a 5lbs Top Round that I Brined and sealed in a food saver bag. Should I put it on Frozen? Or thaw it first. I reverse Seared the last one and it was delicious. Thinking of Bringing it up to Temperature on the Pellet Grill and Searing it on the Kettle.
