Englander PG100 Help

I inherited an Englander PG100 last year, it's been working great. I went to fire it up the other day, and "NO GO!" tested my outlet, power was good. So, I stretched an extension cord from another outlet, just for helluva it. When I plugged it in, I noticed the display lit up with the numbers "010" for just a second and then shut off. Unplugged it, plugged it back in, same numbers pop up. Fuse tested good for continuity, so I replaced the fuse anyway and still had the same "010" and no power up of the unit. Any help??

FYI: With the fuse removed, the display does not flash the "010".

I looked up the manual, but it did not list error codes. However, their help number is 800‐245‐6489.
