I was seriously debating buying one of these as I want to get into some smoking but decided to stick with a gasser for now. I think some of you will find it an interesting piece of equipment. It is manufactured locally (Manitoba Canada) by a Hutterite colony. Check it out.
I thought so too, hope I don't regret not buying one! Or maybe I just get one later! Not being familiar with pellet cookers I was a little worried that the pellet hoppers were small for a long cook. Although I guess it would be easy enough to change that.
