    First cook on Yoder

    After spending the day burning off and seasoning the new Yoder, I had to cook something on it. My wife makes a great flat bread pizza using items from our garden on naan bread, so that is what we did, and it turned out great. Just a touch of smoke and the crust was perfect. Amazing how the 640 holds the set temperature.

                That looks great. I am really not up to speed on the pellet smokers (I didn't know what a Yoder was until you posted this and I looked it up in the review section.) I'm intrigued. I feel this may be a direct threat to my bank account soon.

                            Wow, I just watched a couple of YouTube videos about your new cooker. I'm really torn. On the one hand, how could anybody not want one of these? On the other hand, if my wife found out how easy this is - how could I have a reason to stay in the backyard with music playing and drink beer all day? Just kidding about the wife - she is the one who pointed out the dilemma when I showed her the video.

                              You'll not regret buying up. The 640 is a cooker you'll enjoy a long, long time. Great looking viddles, too!
