Okay, getting rather annoyed now - have edited and re-edited my post above, tried different browsers on different devices, nothing works.

I really liked my CampChef woodwind, but the Sidekick completely rusted out and the extended warranty ( do NOT buy the one from Extend) was denied because they said rusting out was just normal wear and tear! Also note that CampChef is bascially exiting the pellet grill industry, so you will not be able to get parts or support.
