I am in the market for a new pellet cooker. Recently moved from CA to AZ and sold my YS640 before the move so looking to replace it. Might be a little partial to Yoder based on past experience but I'm not convinced it's the right one for me to get again. Very important consideration for me now is the ability to move it around. I want to store it in the garage which will require me to roll it over a door threshhold and about 50' down a paver pathway to a paver patio to use it. If I were to get another Yoder the next one would be on a competition cart but want to consider other options too. New grill must have 4 wheels/tires and sturdy base to handle all the pushing around. Hoping to stay in $3000-$3500 budget. Anybody got any suggestions better than a Yoder on a cart?

WTB: Best pellet cooker to wheel around

I have the competition cart and those casters are fantastic. I would think that you would look at the casters first no matter what brand you are considering. If there is something out there better than the competition cart maybe the way to go. If you like the performance of the Yoder just get a new one with the cart.

I store my big Recteq RT700 in my garage. To use it, I just roll it to the driveway and cook right there just outside the garage. If it looks like rain, which you really won’t need to worry about, I cook just inside the garage. I do the same thing with my flattop griddle. Works out perfectly.
Here’s a couple pics along with my work table in use.

LSG Adjustable Grill/Smoker, MAK Pellet Grill, Large BGE with Several Attachments from the Ceramic Grill Store, Weber Genesis E335 Gasser, Cast Iron Pans & Griddle, Grill Grates, Mostly Thermoworks Thermometers, Anova SV Stick, BBQ Guru Controller and Fan
MAK or Lone Star. I have a MAK that came with 4 Small Swivel Casters and it rolls fine for me in and out of the garage every time I use it BUT if you're having to roll a distance over pavers it has narrower base that could get tippy IMO. If you're used to a Yoder which has a wider base I think you should consider 2 LARGE Casters and 2 Large Stationary Wheels which would be easier to control as you move it the distance on whatever brand you buy.

I have cooked on a few different pellet poopers and my LSG is the best yet. It's a little heavy (because it's so well made), but they have 3 options for tires/wheels. I have the 8" wheel upgrade and have no problems moving it around. This is a little extreme example: I'm a relatively fit, 5'10"/190lb 64 year old man, and with a bit of effort I loaded my PP up the ramp and into my cargo trailer by myself. I don't recommend that technique, but it was doable for me. One more person at least 12 years old or so would have made it easy.
The LSG with the built in Fireboard controller is the easiest, most reliable PP I've yet to use. It gives a very nice smoke profile and is fairly easy to maintain.
It's a bit pricey, for sure, and the shipping will shock you, but you only have to pay for it once. The quality and customer service are unmatched. When you call it's like speaking to family. You're just as likely to have the owner Chris answer the phone as anyone. I like that.
I have the 42" model, but there's a 36" and a cabinet-style available as well.

I would also agree with your cheap option with the Grilla Silverback + cart and your pricey option being the LSG pellet smoker plus your desired wheel option.
