I’ve been running my RecTeq 680 for 8 years now. Got a phone call from Ray Carnes (owner) the day after it was delivered to make sure everything was good. Their customer service is second to none. Had one wheel lose a bearing after rolling it across my gravel driveway 4 years after I bought it. Had 4 new ones within a couple days with no charge. Auger and firebox have been flawless even though I’ve never done a full clean out of the chute. Temps still hold like day one. If I ever need to get another pellet cooker it’s gonna be a RecTeq.
