I must not be a good searcher as I cannot find if this question has been asked already. How are sub-channels created? I would be interested in a Pit Boss sub-channel under pellet smokers. I am just going through the learning curve with this new cooker and I would both like to share what I am learning and try to flatten the curve by learning from others.
