    Yoder YS480S/640S

    Finally got it! I look forward to EVERY and ALL advice on this new cooker. I've had 2 GMG Daniel Boones over the past 10 years. I bought the sear grates. It's what sold me on this grill.     I bought a rechargeable Milwaukee Tools shop vac to help clean the burn pot. Also would recommend cleaning the thermocouple after every cook with simple green.

      Yep keep it clean.
      My Traeger tells me to clean it, and clean the grease pan too.

      Keep it clean, no serious keep it CLEAN. I know you prev had a pellet cooker so you already know. CLEAN!
