I went online to get a replacement cover because mine blew away (how that cover continuously comes off I have no idea and is endlessly frustrating.) Anyways I went online their website and EVERYTHING is sold out. It sure looks to me like they are defunct, which would make sense given that they withdrew the LG from the monthly giveaway.

I was fortunate enough to win founders series in the monthly drawing. Looks like I need to buy all the accessories I can now. Aside from the part support missing now, a bummer is that the food probe jacks appear to be a proprietary size so I’ll need to snatch those up while I can too.
It’s a shame because the founders series has been really nice, but their black label looks like a series that may have sunk them.
Yes they are done. You can still buy left overs at big box stores and Amazon. Amazon still has parts for now. I had one of there smaller ones at one time maybe a 300. It worked just fine. Average life span of a pellet grill is 7-10 years

Andrrr the cover for my gas grill has these Velcro straps attached. I just secure them tight around the base of the grill. Kinda like cinching the waist with a belt. Maybe you can get some Velcro and sew it on?
