I feel like an idiot (and maybe I’m sleep deprived from my 3 year old partying hard at night) but how do I get the ball valve to open and close? I can screw it onto the cooker, but for the life of me can’t get the switch to open or close. I’m sure the answer is obvious, but any help is appreciated.

I know there are no dumb questions, but I have a dumb question for other LSG Pellet Owners

Just grab the handle and rotate it down. If it won’t rotate down then rotate up. If you have to rotate the handle up and it hits the bottom of the cooker you can screw valve off and flip how it is installed. Ball valve handles can seem to be hard to turn right from the factory but they will turn with a little pressure.

I was gonna say that you just needed to put your purse down and give it a manly tug, but I thought there might be too much going on with that comment so I refrained.
