    New LSG family member

    Took delivery 10 days ago, used it just about every day since. It’s everything I’ve read about it, working flawlessly! I have a Tri tip on right now, I’m cooking it like a Tri tip, not like a brisket LOL

      Already got flamed for admitting that I cooked one like a brisket, won’t make that mistake again. Tri Tip deserves better.

        There have been some recent cooks of tri tips taking it to brisket finish temps! Cook it how you want it I say!

        Will do, currently at 95°. I pull off smoke at 110°, then into a screaming hot cast iron skillet. Enjoying a cigar and 🍸 right now.

            Ok ok, I’m not a big picture guy, but here is it is, off the smoker, after sear and sliced. I bought the 36 in. Pellet pooper. This thing is everything as advertised.
