It's raining, so it's currently sitting on a pallet with a tarp on it next to my house, but as soon as the sun clears, I'm excited to get it set up and spend the rest of the weekend testing it out. This is my first pellet grill, so pretty excited to have an easy option for weekday smokes.

Haha. I have a Weber Kettle, PBC, and Blackstone. My wife gave in after a rather long explanation of how this was a different device and served different purposes. She may have given the go-ahead just to get me to leave her alone.

My new Grilla came this past Monday which coincided with tough days at work and COVID rampaging thru my house...my son and I the only ones not yet afflicted. So all I had time to do was assemble it in the garage and season it in the dark. Hopefully will get to try to cook this weekend. Your top round looks fantastic. Good call finishing it in the pan.
