I love my Silverbac. I also live right next door, so it's great. I was hoping they'd release some sliding shelves or a bigger unit, but it's really just the same Silverbac with the pro cart for $100 off.

They do show, in their release video, an AC power source in red below the unit. It's another $200 on Amazon for that as well.....

Huskee do you cook anything on the Silverbac or do you only have certain things that turn out best on it?

I just made some pastrami on it couple days ago, and I like to do chicken & fish on it, also nachos, pizza, lasagna- things that, to me, don't need a lot of smoke flavor but are taken to a different level with a little. I prefer ribs, brisket, butts & chucks with charcoal/wood though. Andrrr
